‘Tracey & Kyle’ use Public Meeting of Sydney North Planning Panel to further deceive

On December 4, 2024 a Public Meeting of the Sydney North Planning Panel was held to determine whether the Westleigh Park Development Application would be approved.

These meetings are held over Zoom.

Once the first 2 representatives of the Aboriginal Community made their submissions, a participant with the username ‘Tracey & Kyle’ used the Chat function to write the following:

This statement made by ‘Tracey & Kyle’ is untrue.

If there were an ‘active defamation case’ against me for instance, I would have to be made aware of this as a matter of process.

It’s reasonable to assume this posting was made by Tracey Howie, given her involvement with the Westleigh Park Development comprehensively undermines the integrity of the project, as has been noted elsewhere.

What the person posting from the ‘Tracey & Kyle’ account is doing is referred to as ‘Legal abuse’ and is a form of coercive control.

While not the first time Ms Tracey Howie has made vexatious threats to use the Courts against me – but is the first time the false claim that there is an ‘active defamation case’ has been made.

GuriNgai Leadership have sought to use the Public Meeting of the Sydney North Planning Panel, as a vehicle for making untrue statements about members of the community, invited to participate in a public forum.

Of course threatening legal action has been standard procedure for the so-called GuriNgai group for many years, since at least 2007:

It is hoped that this latest false claim by Ms Howie of the GuriNgai is scrutinised more than her previous claims were – rather than blindly accepted without evidence (again).
